Products and price

These terms cover original, one-time digital templates offered under the Freeward brand. Each listing identifies its actual contents, version, requirements, price and delivery method before purchase. Only the contents and commitments listed for the purchased product are included. Future products are not included unless expressly stated.

Have the third-party account and meet the requirements stated in the listing. Fictional examples are identified as examples. The templates organize information and workflow decisions; they do not guarantee income, provide professional advice or perform client approvals and payments for you.

For a purchase processed through Creem, its Buyer Terms govern the transaction and prevail over conflicting product terms. Creem acts as merchant of record. Any applicable transaction tax and the final amount are disclosed before payment. Freeward supplies the content and product support.

Delivery and use

Access is provided after payment confirmation through the files and template entry described in the listing and order instructions. Contact support if content or access is missing. The Standard Template License governs use of the supplied materials. Do not publicly share reusable download or full-template duplication links.

Back up your own work before modifying or upgrading a template. Updates are limited to what the purchased listing expressly promises and what applicable law requires. A purchase does not include every future product, individual consulting or unlimited custom setup. Third-party services can change; Freeward does not control their accounts, interface or sharing permissions.

Support and refunds

We aim to respond to product-support requests within three business days. Our Refund Policy describes change-of-mind requests and necessary remedies. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer rights, lawful remedies or Creem's responsibilities and powers under its transaction terms.

Policy versions

The listing and terms disclosed for an order apply to that purchase. Later changes do not silently remove rights already granted. We may update common policies for future orders or changed services, with notice where required.
