Freeward Standard Template License

Licence grant

A completed purchase grants the named purchaser a non-exclusive licence to use and modify the delivered version for their own personal activities and internal business work. The scope is the content described in the purchased listing. The licence continues unless lawfully terminated, including after a completed refund.

Permitted use

Duplicate the template into your own workspace, customize it, make your own backups, and use it to organize commercial work. Share selected working pages or outputs with clients or collaborators where needed for your projects. This allows project collaboration; it does not give recipients a separate entitlement to reuse the full template as their own product.

Restrictions

Do not resell, sublicense, redistribute or publicly offer the reusable template, its source package, or modified versions that substantially reproduce it. Do not publish a full-template duplication link, claim Freeward's original template as your own product, or use the package to supply competing free or paid template downloads.

Ownership and other licences

Freeward retains rights in its original supplied materials. You retain rights in your own business information and original content added to the workspace. Third-party software, trademarks and materials retain their respective rights. A team, extended-use or other licence applies only when expressly identified in the listing. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
