Freeward Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 October 2026.
Freeward is a digital-template brand operated by 王伟铭, an individual based in mainland China. For privacy questions or requests, contact leonwang2026@163.com.
Scope
This notice covers Freeward's product information, delivery and customer support for original digital templates. It does not replace the privacy notices of the payment or workspace services you use.
Information we use
For purchases, we use the email address, name if supplied, order reference, product and version, transaction amount and currency, and payment or refund status made available to us to provide the correct product, verify access and handle support. The checkout provider may collect further billing and payment information under its own notice.
When you contact us, we receive your email address, message and any files or information you choose to provide. Please send only what is needed to explain the issue. We do not need your account password, full card number or client-confidential files for routine support.
Duplicating a Freeward template does not by itself give us access to your Notion workspace or its contents. If workspace access is needed for a particular support issue, you decide whether to grant it. Your own business information and client records remain in the workspace or services you choose.
Purposes
We use necessary order and support information to deliver the purchased content, verify the purchase, resolve access or product problems, handle refund requests, protect against misuse, and keep records required by applicable law. Where data-protection law applies, the relevant grounds may include performing the purchase-related obligations, legal obligations and legitimate interests in providing secure services and support. We seek separate consent where required for optional processing.
A purchase does not subscribe you to marketing emails. We do not sell customer information or add our own advertising pixels to the supplied templates.
Service providers
Creem operates checkout, payments and invoices for purchases made through it and acts as merchant of record. Its privacy notice describes its own processing. We do not receive your full payment-account password or complete card credentials through product delivery.
Website hosting and security providers process technical records needed to serve and protect Freeward websites, such as request and device information. Notion hosts the template workspaces and may also host product-information pages. Your use of Notion is governed by its own terms and privacy information. The provider of our 163.com support mailbox processes messages sent to that address. These services may process technical records needed to operate and secure their services. We share information only as needed to provide the stated services, resolve issues, or meet legal requirements.
Our operator is in China, and service providers may process information in other countries. Their arrangements and applicable data-protection requirements govern those operations. If we introduce a new delivery, analytics or mail service that materially changes our handling of customer information, we update this notice before the relevant processing and provide any required notice or consent mechanism.
Retention
We keep the minimum order and licence records needed to provide purchased access, verify entitlement, resolve claims and comply with applicable record-keeping requirements. Routine support messages are reviewed for deletion or anonymisation within 12 months after the issue is closed, unless an unresolved claim or legal obligation requires longer retention. Payment and workspace providers may retain their own records under their respective policies.
Your requests
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent for optional processing, or complain to a relevant authority. Email us using the contact above. We may ask for limited information to verify the request. Deletion may be limited where records remain necessary for a legal obligation or unresolved claim. Requests concerning a provider's own processing may need to be sent to that provider.
Changes
We maintain one privacy notice for Freeward's catalogue. Adding another template with the same delivery and support practices does not itself introduce a new data use. We update this notice if those practices change and notify customers where required.
